The intro pack comprises 8 classes valid over a 1 month period.
Beginners will need to complete one intro class
prior to entering general group classes as the first of the 8 classes. These are labelled 'intro class #1' on the timetable. Depending on your level, it may be recommended that you complete a second intro class to further develop your understanding of the Pilates principles.
